The Brackett & Bates Team is a full service real estate team whose
Mission Statement
includes the defined elements of fiduciary duty. We take very seriously our role
as the REALTOR® our client has chosen to represent them in what can be one of
the most intense experiences a person can go through as well as one that involves
the decision making of a 6 or 7 figure investment. Our philosophy is to respect
our client the way we would respect a family member - with honesty and integrity.
The real estate industry is unique in that there are many times communication is very important beyond the normal Monday - Friday 9am-5pm timeframe. We are available 7 days a week and are easy to contact by cell phone or e-mail.
In addition to being real estate agents, Natalie & Linnea are both mom's of young children, though in Linnea's case, she has the additional joy of being a mom to a teenage son. For our client's who have children, we (REALLY!) understand how difficult it can be to keep the home you're selling clutter free and for kids to remain patient while touring 3 to 4 different homes! We are also focused on being active participants in our community. To that end, we will make a contribution with each transaction to the local charity (or national charity) that is near and dear to our client's heart... All donations are made in our Client's name(s) and are made to the charity or organization of our Client's choice. If you do not have a particular charity for this contribution, we will make a donation to the local food pantry, shelter, etc., courtesy of you, our Client. And, in addition to a monetary contribution, you will find on our web site (through our Discussion Board) another opportunity to let the community know the details about your charity. Again, thank you for your continued support and for helping us to help others. We couldn't do this without you!

- We will not tell our Seller clients what they want to hear, but rather what they need to hear. We will never waste a Seller's time by inflating the listing price of their home to "cinch the deal." Valuable market time is lost; the house does not sell; nobody wins.
- We will work side by side with our Buyer clients to evaluate how much house they can afford based on their particular circumstances; guide them through the pre-approval process; identify properties that meet their selected criteria. No time is wasted nor stress incurred by viewing properties that do not meet their needs.
