Statistics are showing that generally speaking the "Average Days on Market" has increased, and that the difference between the Average Original Price and the Average Sales Price varies from 3% to 15%. How many times have you been online, and come across a really cool site that you would like to explore further? Charitable Events
Are you taking part in a charity walk/run, bikeride? Sponsoring a charity event? Maybe you are, maybe you're not, but you want to do more? How about hosting/sponsoring a charitable event or fundraiser? Maybe someone you know is ill and unable to work; maybe you lost a loved one to a disease; maybe your church needs support; maybe you know someone serving our country overseas who could use a friend back home. If you know of anyone (or any group) in need of help, and if you have that “something� in you that makes you want to give or do more, post your thoughts and ideas here. We have met a lot of decent, caring individuals in our careers, and maybe by opening this forum, we can spark a miracle!
